| Our data center is one of the best available anywhere. It was originally an EDS Data Center used to support the General Motors Plants in North America. It is a shielded 32,500 square foot facility used exclusively as a Data Center. It includes 22,000 square feet of 24" Telco grade raised flooring. |

| It has two enclosed loading docks that make it easy to load equipment for large installations. We are only a mile from the expressway (I-69), two miles from I-75 and US-23, and two miles from Bishop International Airport. |

| Continuous power is guaranteed through the use of two diesel power generators, each with 5,000 gallon tanks, that generate 1.3 million VA each. |

| 20 ton air conditioning units and Power Distribution Units, such as the two pictured here, are located throughout the facility. All together, there are eight 20 ton, twelve 15 ton air conditioners, four 250 KVA and eight 125 KVA power distribution units. |

| We have two 2,000 KVA transformers that are used to route power between the power source and the equipment, switching between the UPS batteries shown below or the diesel generators if necessary. |

| Fire supression resources are located throughout the facility. Sensors and fire response is localized to the problem area only. |

| Security is important to us, which is why the facility has restricted access and 16 video cameras to monitor all activities in the facility. |

We also use key card access with biometric readers to restrict entry into the main data center. |

| The facility is all fiber and boasts redundant Internet connections (multiple DS-3 connections, BGP4 routing, and multiple broadband vendors). |
